10/19/2008 - Kansas City, MO (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - Chiefs quarterback Brodie Croyle, back in the lineup after separating his shoulder in the season opener, left Kansas City's game against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday with a sprained left knee.
Croyle, who missed four games after suffering the shoulder injury in Kansas City's 17-10 loss to the New England Patriots on September 7, limped off the field early in the second quarter on Sunday. On a 3rd-and-18 from the Tennessee 38, Croyle was caught between two Titans defenders as he tried to get a pass off.
The third-year QB had completed all nine passes he had attempted prior to the last play, an incompletion, for 63 yards. Croyle limped from the sideline into the locker room, and was replaced by Damon Huard.
